Microbial Biodiversity and Resilient Plants Workshop
This session will explore microbial biodiversity changes and indicators important in sustainable plants production in agriculture and horticulture, as well as microbiome and plant responses to environmental stresses. This session will also address issues relating to interactions and processes of soil-plant-microbiome in agroecosystems. Moreover, the practical workshops on bioinformatics in the environmental microbiology will improve our knowledge and understanding of next generation sequencing techniques, bioinformatics and biostatistics methods relevant in environmental research.
